REIKI Evenings

Reiki is a form of complementary holistic therapy relating to energy healing. It works with the energy fields around and within the body. 

A Reiki treatment takes place in a peaceful relaxing setting where the client sits in a chair or lie on a table, fully clothed.        I then gently use light touch on or over specific areas of the clients body. I also use crystals and Aurosoma scents as and when I feel would be beneficial. At the end of each session which lasts for one hour and of that 45 mins is pure Reiki Healing, the client has the availability to chat over a few things that may have come up for them and or choose and Angel Card to end the session.
