I’m a Person-Centred Counsellor, which means you are at the centre of the work we

will do together, empowering you, to make the changes you feel you want to in life.

My aim is to build a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe to talk about anything at all, confidentially and without judgement.

I can offer face-to-face, online or telephone counselling to adults, with both daytime and evening availability. I look forward to hearing from you.
