Don Duffy B.A (hons) is a Qualified Psychotherapist, and member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP. Don has extensive experience with both in-person and online clients. Currently working as a sessional counsellor for Zest, and as a private counsellor at the Centre of Wellbeing Derry and the Roe Valley Therapy Centre RVTC.


Don works from a Humanistic Integrative perspective, incorporating various modalities including Rogerian, CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic and more into an existentially informed process tailored to each individual client. Dedicated to each client and to the work, enjoys learning from each person and growing both as a professional and individual as practice continually matures. Enjoys working in a dynamic way, combing a goal-oriented self-mastery spirit with a philosophy of person-centred growth towards greater self-understanding. Don has experience helping people through the dark tunnels of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, loss and bereavement, historical abuse, trauma, borderline personality disorder, anger management, and brain injury as well as figuring out life direction.
