I am a qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working with adults who are experiencing a broad range of issues, including anxiety, low mood and depression, bereavement and loss as well as emotional and overwhelming life changes. 

All sessions are client-led, meaning that we work on your issues, at your pace. 

Sessions are tailored to individual client needs using a range of counselling modalities.

I offer sessions in person, online or by telephone.
